1. Services
Land of 10,000 Lawns LLC provides professional lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal services. Our services include, but are not limited to, lawn mowing, fertilization, weed control, hedge trimming, seasonal cleanups, and winter snow removal/ice management. We strive to provide timely and high-quality service; however, all services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and other external factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to decline or modify services based on site conditions, safety concerns, or other considerations.
2. Pricing and Payments
- All pricing is provided in written estimates or invoices and is subject to change based on property size, service complexity, and seasonal demand.
- Payments must be made in full by the due date stated on the invoice. Failure to make payments on time may result in service suspension or additional fees.
- Late payments may incur additional fees at a rate of 5% per month.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and online transfers.
- Recurring services may require prepayment or a signed service agreement.
- If payment is not received within 30 days of service, Land of 10,000 Lawns LLC reserves the right to send outstanding balances to a collection agency.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Appointments are scheduled based on availability and may be adjusted to accommodate weather conditions or other operational factors.
- Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Cancellations without proper notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Weather-related delays will be rescheduled at our earliest convenience, and customers will be notified of any changes.
- Recurring services will continue as scheduled unless the customer provides written notice to discontinue the service.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure their property is accessible for scheduled services. Gates must be unlocked, and any pets must be secured.
- Any obstacles (e.g., vehicles, toys, outdoor furniture) must be removed before our arrival to prevent service delays or damage.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden obstacles, such as sprinkler heads, underground utilities, or landscape lighting.
- If we arrive at the scheduled time and are unable to complete the service due to accessibility issues, the customer may still be charged a service fee.
- Customers are responsible for reporting any concerns regarding completed work within 24 hours to allow us to address any issues.
5. Liability and Warranty
- While we take great care in providing our services, we are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or improper maintenance of the property.
- Our services come with a limited satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.
- We are not liable for damages caused by uncontrollable factors, including severe weather, acts of nature, or third-party interference.
- Customers agree to hold Land of 10,000 Lawns LLC harmless against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our services.
6. Termination of Services
- Land of 10,000 Lawns LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including for non-payment, safety concerns, or violation of these terms.
- Customers may terminate recurring services with written notice at least 7 days in advance.
- Any prepaid services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a service agreement.
- If a customer repeatedly cancels or reschedules services, we reserve the right to refuse future appointments.
7. Privacy Policy
- By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect customer information.
- We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except as required for payment processing or legal obligations.
- Customers may request to review or delete their personal data by contacting our office.
8. Change to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates.
